Something new for learning and talent development is on its way.
Information, guidance and help throughout your Talnova learning journey.
Your first steps.
Help when needed.
Access learning.
Support from your first conversation to your next step.
Learning while you work takes commitment. Your tutor is your main point of contact throughout: they plan your learning with you, review your progress regularly and help you through anything that gets in the way.
If you’d find something easier with support or adjustments, please tell us. You don’t need to share personal details in a first enquiry — we’ll talk about what would help once you’re getting started.
Regular contact, planned sessions and progress reviews with someone who knows your programme.
Changes to how you learn or are assessed if you have a disability, learning difference or health condition.
Where your programme needs it, support to develop your English and maths alongside your training.
Help using your Talnova learning account and the digital tools your course uses.
Conversations about your options, your progress and where you’d like to go next.
Someone to talk to if things outside learning are affecting you, and help to find the right support.
Send an enquiry or talk to us about the route you’re interested in.
We discuss your goals, experience and the time you have, and recommend a route.
For longer programmes we look at your prior learning so you start at the right level.
We complete enrolment with you and set up your Talnova learning account.
Helping someone decide what comes next.
An apprenticeship is a real job with structured training, so it can be a strong option for a young person who wants to learn while earning. We’re happy to explain how apprenticeships work, what a typical week looks like and how we support learners — including those who need a little extra help.
You’re welcome to join a conversation or visit the academy with the young person you support.
Everyone has the right to learn safely.
If you’re worried about the safety or wellbeing of a Talnova learner — including yourself — please tell us. Contact us and say that your message is a safeguarding concern so it reaches the right person quickly. If you’re a current learner, you can also speak to your tutor.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
