Talnova grew out of developing people inside a working operational business through its relationship with NIC — frontline teams, supervisors stepping up, people learning around shifts and customers. We learned what makes workplace learning stick: it has to be practical, relevant to the job and supported by managers.
Now we’re taking that experience further, as a broader education business for external employers and individuals: apprenticeships, practical professional development, digital capability and specialist creative education through Talnova Hair. We support learners and employers nationally, with a flagship academy in Leeds.
